The passport photo requirements for Benin are that you must submit official passport photos in colour.

Cost passport photo or visa photo Benin:

We are able to create a passport photo for Benin for as low as € 15,-. With it, you will receive 4 photos. These will be cut and neatly packaged in a small suitcase for you.  

In case you also need a digital variant of the photo alongside your prints, it will cost an additional €2,50. This variant will be sent to your email address.

Requirements passport photos Benin:

  • Have the official size (35 mm wide x 45 mm high)
  • Bear a good resemblance and to have been printed in colour
  • Not older than 6 months
  • Full frontal view of the face, hairline and ears visible
  • The head should be (from the chin and the top of the head) between 70 and 80% of the picture
  • Background must be white in colour
  • Babies are allowed to have their eyes closed

  • Photo size of width 826 pixels and height 1062 pixels
  • With a resolution of 600 DPI
  • Bear a good resemblance and to have been printed in colour
  • Not older than 6 months
  • Full frontal view of the face, hairline and ears visible
  • The head should be (from the chin and the top of the head) between 70 and 80% of the picture
  • Background must be white in colour
  • Babies are allowed to have their eyes closed

Adjustment in the requirements:

We are aware of the latest developments in the rules and requirements that a country imposes on the passport photo. It is possible that a country decides to adjust the requirements for taking a passport photo. Therefore, always take the form that you receive from your consulate with you when you have the passport photo taken. In general, the consulate is the first to receive the new rules. We will then check for you whether the requirements correspond so that you are always up to date.
