There are many other countries that have special requirements for the passport or visa photo. As soon as there are special requirements for the country you are traveling to, the embassy will inform you. Take the passport photo requirements and we will make the visa photo or passport photo for you. Most of the requirements are standard at hand and if you forget it, we will gladly check it for you.
Making an appointment is not necessary! Feel free to walk in and everything is arranged in about 5 minutes. In high season it is possible that we are closed during the day because of photo shoots outside the door. You can find our current opening hours on our Google page.
Passport photos Dutch document:
As of August 26, 2006, the Dutch travel documents, the passport and the Dutch identity card are provided with a chip in which a facial image is stored. The facial image is obtained by digitizing a photo. This photo meets the national requirements. These are laid down in the Photo Matrix Model 2007. Only if the photo meets these passport photo requirements, will it be accepted when applying for a travel document.
Foreign document passport photos:
Passport photos for a foreign document, passport or visa may differ from the Dutch passport photo requirements. For example, a distinction can be made between a business visa and a tourist visa. It is important how often you want to travel to the country in question, whether you still have to take domestic flights and what the duration of your stay is. To apply for a passport, a different size passport photo can be requested. Or do you participate in a lottery, do you want to study abroad or are you going to emigrate? It is also possible that you need a Green Card, for example. Some agencies request a printed photo, others a digital one, and others request both.
The Schengen countries all have the same passport photo requirements for a visa application.
Schengen countries are: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden , Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
