Passport photo requirements Dominican Republic

The passport photo requirements for the Dominican Republic are that you must submit official coloured passport photos. Two photos need to be taken

We are able to create a passport photo for the Dominican Republic as low as € 15,-. With it, you will receive 4 photos. These will be cut and neatly packaged in a small suitcase for you.  

In case you also need a digital variant of the photo alongside your prints, it will cost an additional €2,50. This variant will be sent to your email address. 

You can simply walk in without an appointment at our studio over on Hugo de Grootplein 17 in Amsterdam.  The passport photos will be made for you immediately.   

Though it is not necessary, an appointment can always be made so you can make sure that you can be helped at a specific time if you are currently unavailable. 

The passport photos photos must:

Bear a good resemblance Head facing the front Have a white, even background Have the official size of 2×2 inch (50 mm wide x 50 mm tall) Face needs to cover between 70 and 80% of the photo (from chin to crown) No headgear except for religious reasons, in which case the face must be fully visible from chin to top of forehead and from ear to ear No Jewellery (no earrings, piercings, necklaces etc) Neutral expression (no smile, no visible teeth) Wearing glasses is prohibited Visible forehead and clearly visible ears Babies must have open eyes The photo must not be older than 6 months

The visa photos must:

Bear a good resemblance A white, even background Size of 40x50mm No headgear except for religious reasons, in which case the face must be fully visible from chin to top of forehead and from ear to ear Wearing glasses is prohibited The photo must not be older than 6 months

Adjustment in the requirements:

We are aware of the latest developments in the field of the rules and requirements that a country sets for the passport photo. It is possible that a country decides to adjust the requirements for taking a passport photo. Therefore, always take the form that you receive from your consulate with you when you have the passport photo taken. In general, the consulate is the first to receive the new rules. We will then check for you whether the requirements match, so that you are always up to date.
